A person, who worked at some place, moreover he worked to a person, should be able to take the best thing from his work. This is what Mukijan experienced. In 1978, he established his own business at his house in Ngentak, Sabdodadi, Bantul. After his business developed well, proudly he gave capital to his son, who born on April 26th, 1985 in Ngentak, Sabdodadi, Bantul, who is also Senior High School graduation, to continue his business and named it Mantep Handicraft.


At the end 2004, he opened showroom at the Art Market of Gabusan Lots III Kav 05 on Parangtritis Street Km.09 Sewon, Bantul. Helped by 7 permanent and 3 daily workers, Dwiyanto, who uses agel and akar wangi as the material taken from Kulon Progo and Yogyakarta, is able to produce 800 to 1000 pieces of item every month. The products are bag, akar wangi wallet, Fayer Sandal and so on

His monthly income reaches Rp 4 to Rp 5 millions. The products price is various, from Rp 10.000 to Rp. 30.000. He admits that it’s still hard to market his products, though he has had customers from Bali and Yogyakarta.
