Around his house, there have been a lot of craft products with Asmat motive. Dewala, who was born on May 1979 and Senior High School graduation, then made a new way by making craft product made of wood, which was then painted with batik. In 1999, he cooperated with his older brother establishing Sri Rejeki Gallery.


In its progress, he made a new mode with wax batik. Its products are batik mask, batik sandal, batik trays, batik coaster and so on. He takes the material from Wonosari and uses woods, which are available near his surroundings.

Helped by 7 permanent and 5 daily workers, it is able to produce 1000 pieces of item every month. Its monthly earnings rate Rp 3 to Rp 5millions. The material is wood of Jenitri, rattan and sponge for sandal craft products. The price is various. It ranges from Rp 17.500 to Rp 30.000.

It opens two showrooms to market its products. They are at Krebet sub village Rt. 04/21 Sendangsari village, Pajangan sub district, Bantul and the Art Market of Gabusan Los 10. Besides, it also displays or promotes its products by following exhibitions. It ever followed exhibitions at Bali, JEC, PRJ, FKN and Bantul Expo.

Its products have been spread over big cities in Indonesia at Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Magelang and Yogyakarta. The foreign export markets are Canada, Netherlands and Australia.
